Shipping

The delivery time after dispatch is usually 1-2 working days in Germany, approximately 4-7 working days in other European countries and 6-12 days in the rest of the world. Shipping costs depend on your location and the size of the product purchased. The costs are displayed at checkout.

Returns

We gladly accept returns and exchanges, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, ship items back within 21 days of delivery. Due to the nature of these items, custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged! Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We don't accept order cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
